This is an ongoing series designed as a response to the unnecessary rejection all of us face from our too-judgmental world. At times it can feel like life is some endless audition and you're never quite what "they" are looking for.
You're too tall, or maybe too short. You're too young - that is, until you're too old. Too dark, too light, too thick, too thin. Never right. Those judgements are usually unfounded and arbitrary and limit us in ways we absolutely don't need. This is my pushback. |
